Location: Center City near midnight
All of the Megalopolis Police Officers let out a sigh of relief with the defeat of the garbage man. A collective “Whew!” could be heard.
Carl activated his radio, “Officer Perkins to Crusher Task Force Dispatch. We’ve been ambushed. The car with Dr. Morrow escaped. With the aid of several Vigilantes, we captured two Crushers. No casualties. Request a Meta Wagon for 1 of the Crushers, the other can be brought in by patrol car. Standard CHESS notification protocol Alpha-Epsilon. Officer Perkins out.”
“Crusher Task Force Dispatch to Officer Perkins. The patrol car with Dr. Morrow did not escape. Crushers ambushed them too. Detective Broyko with the aid of Superheroes has engaged. They are attempting to rescue the Doctor at this time. The location is …”
The dispatch continued to provide the exact location of the ambush. All could hear the conversation and knew the other fight was happening 200 yards from where they stood.
The Wraith invisibly and silently moved from his rooftop to the rooftop that Phantom was on. "I am called the Wraith. Do you wish to assist at the other fight, a few blocks away?" he asked.
Phantom looked back over his shoulder once more and said to Rico “Puerto Rico” Billings in a tone so dark and foreboding it would make Clint Eastwood blush with envy, ”I’m come’n back Rico . . . and when I do . . . you better have something good to tell me.” He then turned back around towards Wraith; pulled his rifle up to his right shoulder, and then offered up a menacingly simply reply to the cloaked vigilante’s earlier question, “. . . let’s do this.”
The Wraith put his hand on Urban Assailant's shoulder. "Brace yourself. The first time can be disconcerting," he said, as he teleported them both to the scene of the other ambush.
The Wraith and Phantom appeared on a street corner. The Wraith surveyed the scene. Wraith caused a nearby manhole cover to suddenly come spinning toward Vibron's head.
WHOOSH!
The manhole covers sailed right through his head without harming him.
The Phantom fired 3 rounds of his readied weapon at Vibron.
BLAM! BLAM! BLAM!
The first two rounds went harmlessly through Vibron and the third stuck solid matter. Vibron twisted from the impact but showed no signs of pain.
On the other side of the fight a silent figure flew in. It came to where the location of the prone Centurion, trapped in his own battle suit.
The humanoid bug hovered over him.

The Wraith
IC: The Wraith turns towards Phantom. "I am called the Wraith. Do you wish to assist at the other fight, a few blocks away?" he asks. If Phantom says yes, Wraith will put his hand on Urban Assailant's shoulder. "Brace yourself. The first time can be disconcerting," he says, as he teleports them both to the scene of the other ambush. If Phantom doesn't want to go with him The Wraith will teleport there anyway.
Once he sees the situation at the other scene, Wraith will cause a nearby manhole cover to suddenly come spinning towards Vibron's head.
