Notes:

"Elwood is a mostly regular fellow who has an iron constitution and an effortless charm.  His most remarkable trait is his ability move objects with his mind and to create illusions inside a person's mind

The first half of Elwood's life was spent chasing after the almighty dollar.  He went to prestigious schools and worked for a formidable accounting company.  Without any warning, Elwood decided to change his paradigm and instead of being oh so smart, he chose oh so pleasant.  Soon after this, he created his first Psionic illusion: a 6'4" rabbit who was leaning on a lamp post.  Believing the illusion was real they became fast friends and have been inseparable ever since.

It is unknown the event which manifested Elwood's powers or what caused him to be a split personality. Dr. Sanderson believes the second personality is the only personality with access to his powers. By the use of illusion both personalities can be active at the same time because the first personality mentally sees the Psionic illusion that the second personality is imbued in.

To Elwood's sister, Veta's, dismay the existence of Psionic powers has made the treatment of Elwood nearly impossible. His personal physician Dr. Chumley disagrees with Dr. Sanderson stating that Harvey is indeed real and he has cured Elwood by having Harvey become his companion.
