Bonesnapper: Eternal - Issue 15

Location: Center City near midnight

Bonesnapper kept down and he maneuvered around behind the garbage man. The flames on the Crusher died down. The fire burned on one-third of his body. The man in black moved behind the man covered in trash without being notice. Remembering that the garbage man has a weakness to water, he looked around him. “I could never pop a fire hydrant,” Michael thought to himself. “Times like this, I wish I had super-strength.”

Bonesnapper focused on the villain’s skull, looking for an unprotected spot. Finding the perfect spot, he prepared his Tonfa to strike.

KRUNCH!

He yelled to no one in particular, "If any of you hero types have water powers, this guy needs a bath!" as the Tonfa struck the lower back of the garbage man’s skull.

A stillness filled the scene as the flaming, trashy, Crusher’s body stiffened. He rolled his eyes into his head. The Garbage Man fell to the ground unconscious!

As the police officers secured the villain, Bonesnapper ran to his car.  He had delayed his course to save lives but he was not here for friendships.  He had to get back on the evidence trail before it goes cold again.

He will pursue Mr. Rhodes. When he is caught the Avenging Artist will persuade him to tell all he knows about Michael and Jessica. He could be very persuasive; he wasn’t called Bonesnapper for nothing.

He would work his way up the ranks of CRIME until all responsible were found. Time did not matter. His hunt was eternal.

CRIME killed Jessica and they must be made to pay!

Bonesnapper

It is with profound sadness that I must say that I cannot continue to participate in the game. I know this sounds cliché, but it isn't you, it's me. I am the Gaming Director for a local convention, in addition to holding down a full-time job, managing a family, and trying to struggle to have a novel published while also trying to break into the RPG industry. I am afraid I'm only slowing the rest of you down and it is best for all if I go ahead and bow out. I thank all of you for the enjoyment and especially Thomas, for running a great game and keeping V&V alive. If someone else would like to step into Bonesnapper, or if Thomas wants to run him as an NPC, please feel free.

Sincerely,

John Grigsby

Best of luck to you John, I hope everything you have going on in your life turns out great! Oh and if you ever need play-testers for a game that you might find yourself working ( once you've made your way into the RPG Industry ) you always know where you can find a bunch of volunteers ;)

Take care of yourself John, you'll be missed for sure :)

I plan to take Bonesnapper from here unless you want to provide one last action.  Thanks again for a great year with both Bonesnapper and Windblown.

Thanks
